We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our policy lasts 6 days. If 6 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at email@example.com to obtain a shipping address.

Due to logistics, we are able to prepare the shipment only to countries that we put on our list. If your country isn’t on the list – we’re sorry, but we can’t send you a package.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
