How long do I have to wait for my shipment?
We usually ship packages within 1 day of placing an order and making a payment. However, it doesn’t include weekends and holidays.
It may also happen that in the case of a large number of orders, it may take up to 5 days to prepare the package, but it’s very rare.
 
The delivery time to individual countries can be found on the Shipping & Delivery page. Typically, packages arrive in the lower period of time.
 
Due to the global coronovirus pandemic, please make sure that the shipping companies in your country operate normally. Delivery may take more time than usual.
Can I return the purchased product?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our policy lasts 6 days. If 6 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at support@vintugo.com to obtain a shipping address.

My country is not on your list. Can I order products in your store?

Due to logistics, we are able to prepare the shipment only to countries that we put on our list. If your country isn’t on the list – we’re sorry, but we can’t send you a package.

Do you provide tracking information?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
